With limited exceptions, almost all items offered are hand-built on receipt of your order. Orders are generally processed as first-in, first out which is why we state a 3 to 5 day processing (build) time. At this time, we don't offer an expedited processing service.
If circumstances create a delay, I will notify you promptly and do my best to ensure your product ships quickly. What may cause a delay: Availability of materials, acts of God....etc.
You are generally offered a selection of shipping options during the checkout process. I find that Ground Services get the merchandise to you in a reasonable amount of time, regardless of where you are in the country, however if you require your purchase sooner, please select one of the expedited shipping services at checkout.
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically limited to merchandise damaged during shipment. Please contact me within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will need pics of the damage to the packaging, as well as any damage to the items inside. (In order to file claims with the transportation company). It will be helpful if you make note of any damage with the driver when the package arrives.
I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged. In that case pics will be required (as stated above).
If a return is approved, we will provide a return shipping lable. You must ship the items back within 14 days of the approval
Order cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, however custom orders can not be cancelled.
